Vine Cutter is a tool in Horizon Forbidden West.
Usage[]
Crafted from blueprints designed by the Old Ones, it is a module that deploys a code to dissolve Metal Flower vines. Once a Metal Flower has been split open, the module is inserted into the Flower's core, releasing an enzyme that dissolves the vines from within.
Acquisition[]
During Seeds of the Past, Aloy uncovers the blueprints for a Dissolution Code Module created by the Old Ones at Test Station Ivy of The Greenhouse. Aloy then constructs the tool at the nearby camp's workbench.
Trivia[]
- In New Game+, the Vine Cutter will be temporarily disabled during the quest The Seeds of the Past until it is crafted again at the workbench.
