Vaus is a minor character in Horizon Forbidden West.
History[]
A villager of Riverhymn, Vaus was considered the settlement's best climber. When the village came under siege by Regalla's Rebels, Vaus was ordered by Kue to ascend the Drumroot and harvest fertilizer pods from the Widemaws at its peak, for use in creating weaponry. Unfortunately, Vaus fell victim to a group of Burrowers within the caverns of the Drumroot, resulting in his death. His task was later completed by Aloy, who discovered Vaus' body and returned his seed pouch to the village for a proper burial.
