Valleymeet Hunting Grounds

"These Trials test a hunter's skill with different ammunition types when taking down machines."

Valleymeet Hunting Grounds is an activity in Horizon Zero Dawn. The grounds are one of the five known Hunting Grounds maintained by the Hunters Lodge in the Carja capital Meridian.

The Valleymeet Keeper offers the Element Trials. These trials test a hunter's skill in the use of elemental ammunition such as fire arrows.

Element Trials

Fire Fight Trial

Players must shoot fire arrows to the Blaze canisters of Striders 4 times in succession.

Blazing Sun: 00:40
Full Sun: 01:20
Half Sun: 20:00

Shock Trial

Players must stun the resident Fire Bellowback and shoot off its canisters.

Blazing Sun: 01:00
Full Sun: 02:00
Half Sun: 20:00

Freeze Trial

Players must kill 5 machines while they're in Frozen state.
