Tolland Cleanbroker is a minor character in Horizon Forbidden West.
History[]
A long-time resident of Chainscrape and associate of Ulvund Freeholder, Tolland ran a pawn shop in the settlement.
After shooting down a Stormbird, Tolland came into conflict with a band of Shadow Carja refugees blocking access to the machine's carcass. He eventually lost patience and prepared to reach the machine by force. However, Aloy came to the refugees' defense, forcing Tolland to abandon his quarry.
Following Ulvund's departure from Chainscrape, Tolland's shop is shut down by Javad for multiple acts of illicit business.
Personality[]
Tolland is gruff and surly, showing blatant disdain for any non-Oseram but especially Carja. This extends as far as closing off any business to "Carja lovers".
Much like Ulvund, he has few, if any, moral boundaries and will use any means necessary to get what he wants.
