Thirst for the Hunt is a side quest in Horizon Forbidden West.
Synopsis[]
Aloy arrives in the Desert Tenakth village of Arrowhand to find many of the soldiers wounded. The village's leader, Drakka, explains that they were attacked by a Thunderjaw while penning up a herd of machines. The village needs the herd's machine hearts to trade with the capital, Scalding Spear, for water, but few are in any condition to hunt. Despite the protests of the clan's Chaplain, Jetakka, Drakka insists on harvesting the herd while they're still penned up, and Aloy agrees to accompany him to make sure the hunt goes smoothly.
It becomes apparent that Drakka is unsatisfied with the clan's commander, Yarra, especially in light of the recent water rations, and has aspirations to replace her. Together, he and Aloy dispatch the herd and gather the hearts they need. However, Drakka asks for Aloy's help one more time in retrieving soldier tags from his fallen men.
Drakka then leads Aloy to the location where the Thunderjaw attacked his men. Searching the area, they find a wounded survivor and are soon attacked by Burrowers and the Thunderjaw. Defeating all the machines, Aloy harvests the Thunderjaw heart while Drakka takes the wounded soldier back to Arrowhand.

Glitches[]
