They do. In fact, the official guide states that in regards to Corrupted machines, Redeye Watchers are one of the exceptions of the 50% HP boost, instead gaining a 100% HP boost. Daemonic versions of base game machines gain a 75% HP boost, and the math adds up for a Daemonic Redeye. And of course, you can find this out in-game by silent striking each one of them and seeing how much damage it does, as they will always get one shot. - JaCD94
