Sustained Burst is an unlockable Weapon Technique for the Boltblaster under the Hunter skill tree in Horizon Forbidden West. It consumes 100 Stamina per use.

Use[]

Sustained Burst allows the Boltblaster to fire fully automatic and use all the ammunition in the magazine. It is especially effective against enemies in the Brittle or Corroding state. Higher tier Boltblasters have a higher magazine capacity, allowing for more bolts fired.

Elemental bolts can also be used for a Sustained Burst, allowing it to inflict elemental states.

The main drawback is that Aloy is immobile while using this Technique and any hit taken will stagger her out of it. More agile enemies may also evade it.
