This skill increases the rate Weapon Stamina regenerates. At base, stamina regenerates at a rate of 1 per second after a delay of three or six seconds depending on if Weapon Stamina has been fully drained or not.

This skill is boosted by wearing the Nora Sentinel, Nora Thunder Warrior, Nora Valiant, Oseram Forester, Quen Marine, Sobeck's Raiment, and Tenakth Reaver outfits. Upgrading the Utaru Gravesinger to level 3 provides a +2 weave that can be added to any outfit.
A +1 weave can be purchased from Plainsong's Stitcher.
Consuming Meat in the Middle or The Great MRE boosts the skill by 2 levels.
