Stalker Lenses can be obtained by looting Stalkers, or by purchasing them from the Machine Resources Merchant for 270.

Uses[]

Stalker Lenses can be sold for 27.

Despite being labelled in-game to be used for trading with merchants, Stalker Lenses aren't actually used in any trades.
