Could you please inform relevant staff in maintenance, hosting, and security of the following new opening and closing protocols?

OPENING THE GALLERY ROOMS:
- Holographic displays should all be live 15 minutes before opening time.
- Inspect showcases for smudges and wipe with dry cloth if necessary.
- Inspect outdoor areas for temperature and humidity.
CLOSING THE GALLERY ROOMS:
- Make sure the cleaning robots have finished their sanitation rounds (double check for restocking of supplies).
- Sign off on cleaning (usually with Ned), escort cleaners to staff entrance.
- Final rounds, hand-over to night security (through MUSEC).
- Exit through staff entrance.
