Milduf learned the recipe for Sourfruit Tart from Daen, along with other Utaru dishes. Milduf planned to display Sourfruit Tart in his eatery's windows so their bright colour would draw people in. He believed that they would popular among the provincial, inner-Mainspring types.[1]
