Soldier Tags are a quest item in Horizon Forbidden West. They are obtained by defeating Outpost Leaders of Rebel Outposts.
Description[]
Carved with their squad's symbols, all Tenakth warriors carry the tags. Similar to the Utaru seed pouches, the tags are returned to a deceased warrior's family to ease their grief.
With the Rebel conflict, Soldier Tags were being hoarded by raiding Rebel parties and held by Outpost Leaders. During the reopening of the Arena, Dukkah requests that Aloy collect the tags so they can be returned to the grieving families.
The tags can be obtained after defeating the Leader of the Rebel Outposts scattered throughout the Forbidden West. They are either looted directly from the Leader's body or retrieved from secured safes unlocked with keys held by the Leaders.
