Second Chance is an outfit skill in Horizon Forbidden West.

Use

This skill provides a chance to survive a killing blow when reaching the critical health state (25% or below). Once activated, it will have a brief cooldown before it can activate again. Because it can only activate at a low health threshold, it can synergize with other Low Health skills from the Survivor skill tree.

Boosts

This skill can be boosted with the Nora Thunder Elite, Utaru Protector, Utaru Ritesinger, or Nora Lookout outfits by one or two levels, depending on how much they have been upgraded. Upgrading the Tenakth Vanquisher outfit to level 3 provides a +2 weave that can then be slotted into any outfit.

Using the Defy Death Valor Surge also grants Second Chance.
