Sawtooth Blood is a special item in Horizon Zero Dawn that can be obtained from a Sawtooth during the side quest Acquired Taste.

Brin fought a Sawtooth in an attempt to drink the blood within, but the Sawtooth was able to fight him off.[1]
Brin had Aloy collect some Sawtooth Blood for him. Once she returned with some and he drank it, he gained a vague understanding about how the machines changed due to the Derangement.[2]
