Rukka is a minor character in Horizon Forbidden West and rumor scout for the Desert Clan.

Horizon Forbidden West[]
A Tenakth scout situated outside the western exit from the Base, Rukka recognized Aloy for her stand against Regalla and her rebels at the Embassy. She would go onto keep her informed of the latest happenings in the Desert Clan's territory, including an Oseram caravan, two rebel outposts in the north and south of the Shining Wastes, a rebel cap at the Hive, the Relic Ruins at the Dry Yearn, the Melee Pit in Scalding Spear, two Tenakth in the field of flowers at the Shining Wastes, and Korreh in Plainsong.
