Rising Light is a small Carja settlement in the Horizon Zero Dawn comic series, and is mentioned in an item description in Horizon Forbidden West.

History[]

Grazer's Bounty is a specialty of Rising Light.[1]

Horizon Zero Dawn Volume 1: The Sunhawk[]

The village of Rising Light had a hunting contract with the Hunters Lodge, which was sought after by Kyran but ultimately claimed by Talanah.

Trivia[]

  • When setting out for Rising Light, Talanah appears to leave Meridian from the north, which may indicate the village is located north of the capital. However, the lush vegetation indicates that it may be somewhere within the Jewel, which stretches east and south of Meridian.
