Ranged Master is an unlockable Valor Surge under the Hunter skill tree in Horizon Forbidden West. The first level is automatically unlocked when Concentration+, Valor Surge Master, and Weapon Stamina+ are all unlocked. To trigger it, it costs 100, 280, and 500 Valor for each level.
