Raccoon Bone is an uncommon resource in Horizon Zero Dawn and very rare resource in Horizon Forbidden West.
This resource is only found on Raccoons. In Forbidden West, they can also be purchased from select Herbalists.
Despite being labelled in-game to be used for trading with merchants, it is not actually used to purchase any items in Zero Dawn. Similarly in Forbidden West, they are not actually used to upgrade carry capacity.
