The Quen Commander is a legendary outfit in Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores.
Description[]
The Quen Commander shares the same appearance and stats as the Blacktide Quen Commander, albeit without the Blacktide dye applied by default.
The Quen Commander can be upgraded up to five times. At base, the Quen Commander provides +2 Energized Duration and +1 to Resonator Buildup, Resonator Blast+, and Resonator Damage. Upgrading to level 3 provides two modification slots.
