―Description

Propelled Spike is an unlockable Weapon Technique for the Spike Thrower under the Machine Master skill tree in Horizon Forbidden West. It consumes 90 Stamina and up to three spikes of the currently equipped type.

Use

Propelled Spike will launch itself as a rocket after a brief moment, allowing it to reach distant enemies. Because it can explode on proximity, it's useful against fast-moving or flying targets. However, since it only does Explosive damage, it can destroy components rather than keep them intact.

Depending on the ammunition used, the base Explosive damage and Knockdown power will be different, as listed in the table below:
