Success! I had always assumed that the issues with belligerence and impulse control were related to image patterning, repetition, or the hypnotic inducement protocols. Wrong. In the end, the neural stim registers had to be painstakingly readjusted - no easy task using ancient, off-the-shelf equipment, but I finally found the right settings. A few tweaks here and there might still increase efficiency, but otherwise, cortisol and oxytocin levels are way down, factors that should result in indefinite stability. Which I'll require... forever is a long time, after all.

This is a very deviously-hidden datapoint found in The Armory, the eastern-most attraction in Pangea Park. It doesn’t become available until after you cycle the power in the basement.
Once you’ve done so, stand in the room with the Far Zenith medical chair in the middle and face south. Head south into the next room, then crawl east through the low tunnel to enter a hallway. Here, enter the second door on your right, which was locked before but is now open, to enter a room with an ancient Valuables Safe in the back-right corner.
Standing in the doorway, look left to spot a door with a destroyed glass opening on its left side: the datapoint is visible through this gap, sitting underneath a table.
