Plasma Ropes are a type of ammunition in Horizon Forbidden West compatible with certain Ropecasters. They have medium anchor strength when used against machines and low Plasma buildup.
These can be used to tie down machines, temporarily immobilizing them and leaving them vulnerable to critical strikes, overrides, or targeting specific components. While its binding power is half as effective compared to Binding Ropes, it also leaves plasma on the point of impact and its anchor point, dealing low Plasma buildup to the target and around the anchor.
Effective against enemies vulnerable to plasma.
