The Oseram Forgeblast Spike Thrower was a cut rare Oseram Spike Thrower seen only in the Horizon Forbidden West State of Play. It is not obtainable in the final version of the game.

- The Oseram Forgeblast Spike Thrower resembles the Oseram Spike Throwers in the final game, but lacks the barrel on top and the rear end is replaced with orange feathers.
- In the State of Play, the Oseram Forgeblast Spike Thrower hasn't been upgraded (but can be upgraded up to five times) and has a very rare modification in its sole modification slot.
