Okka[1] is a minor character in Horizon Forbidden West.
History[]
Okka is a stitcher based in Thornmarsh. He was the one who designed Chief Hekarro's armor.[1]
Horizon Forbidden West[]
Upon being approached by Aloy, Okka began envisioning armor that he could make for her. When Aloy said that she hadn't asked him to make her anything, Okka told her that she should be honored, boasting that any soldier worth their marks wears armor he made. He will then allow Aloy to trade with him.
