Description

The Nora Thunder Elite shares the same appearance as the Nora Thunder Warrior, albeit with a primarily red color scheme.

As an uncommon outfit, the Nora Thunder Elite can be upgraded a total of three times. At base, it provides +1 to Low Health Defense, Low Health Ranged, and Second Chance. The final upgrade unlocks two weave slots and a +1 Low Health Valor weave.
