- Three of us dying inside a week chasing some wild notion. No delve's worth it. Figured I'd take one of the boats while they're all sleepin. Head back the Claim way. I was a little louder than I'da liked and woke em. Crew were all riled up. One thing led to a another led to me marooned on this dam island.

- Currents strong. dam the sea. dam the crew. dam this whole dam expeditin!

- Ther not soo bad the crew. Thy lef me some ale. Nosso bad them all. Me an me mighty pint will do the jub
- Day Six
- My heads poundin from last night. Getting real cloudy up in the sky round that Stormbird too. Takin shelter in this here ruin.
- Day Ten
- Lightning keeps following me 'round the island like stink behind a Nora. This ruin's door's been sparkin somethin awful since the machine showed up.
- Day Twelve
- Storm's still ragin. I heard one of the other doors slammin closed when it got struck. I think I gotta try my luck swimming to the mainland fore I get stuck in here. finishin the ale and off I go.
