Lubavad is a minor character in Horizon Zero Dawn.
History[]
While at Hunter's Gathering, the Nora Brave Aloy overheard Lubavad, a Carja trader, as he was attempting to persuade the Banuk hunter Opitak to find a convoy he had sent out, but the Banuk refused to go without being paid up-front.
When Aloy asked him about the situation, he relayed to her that he had sent out a convoy carrying valuable merchandise on a dangerous route to trade with the Banuk. The danger was due to attacks from machines, and the convoy had left behind the ammunition for their weapons. Aloy offered to take the ammunition to the caravan.
Lubavad gratefully agreed, though he warned her that there were rumors of a new machine prowling the area that was far more dangerous than the Scrappers and Longlegs that were typically encountered on the trail.
