Low Profile is a learnable Prowler skill in Horizon Zero Dawn and Infiltrator skill in Horizon Forbidden West.

Use

Horizon Zero Dawn

Learning this skill further reduces Aloy's visibility to enemies when crouching, increasing the base crouched stealth value from 10% to 20%. This allows for a maximum of 95% when used with an outfit with maxed out stealth.

The increased stealth is primarily noticeable when moving alongside enemies because of the skill's impact on their peripheral vision.

Horizon Forbidden West

This skill further reduces Aloy's visibility to enemies, making it easier to sneak up and around them without being detected. By default, the distance machines can spot Aloy ranges from 30-50 meters, depending on their size. Humans can spot Aloy from up to 70 meters. Crouching lowers her visibility by 10%.

Boosts

This skill can be boosted with the Carja Stalker Elite, Nora Huntress, Nora Tracker, Utaru Harvester, and Utaru Winterweave outfits. Upgrading the Tenakth Tactician to level 3 provides a +2 weave that can be slotted into any outfit.

A +1 weave can be purchased from Scalding Spear's Stitcher for 225 Metal Shards.

Consuming Land and Lake boosts the skill by 2 levels.
