Low Health Defense is a learnable Survivor skill in Horizon Forbidden West.

Use

This skill decreases the damage Aloy takes when she is in the critical health state (25% HP or below) by a fixed percentage. In combination with Low Health Regen and an outfit with good resistances, it will be more difficult for attacks to deal lethal damage to her. While this skill protects from elemental damage, elemental buildup is not mitigated.

Boosts

This skill can be boosted with the Carja Shadow, Nora Thunder Elite, Tenakth Marshal, Tenakth Vanquisher, and Utaru Protector outfits. Upgrading the Tenakth Marauder to level 3 provides a +2 weave that can be slotted into any outfit.

A +1 weave can be purchased from Barren Light's Stitcher for 225 Metal Shards.

Consuming Grazer's Bounty and Salt Bite Special boosts the skill by 3 and 2 levels, respectively.
