Legacy's Landfall, sometimes simply called Landfall,[1][2] is a settlement in Horizon Forbidden West. It is the base of operations for the Quen expeditionary team in the Isle of Spires.
Description[]
Legacy's Landfall is the main camp for the Quen's Eastern Expedition, located on the northeast coast of the Isle of Spires. Access is controlled mainly by bridge, and a trail of Quen lanterns marks the path from the settlement to the boat controlling access to the mainland.
History[]
Approximately one year prior to Aloy's arrival in the Burning Shores,[3] half of the Eastern Expedition arrived at the ruins of San Francisco in search of data from the Old Ones to help their ailing tribe back home, setting up Legacy's Landfall as a settlement in the Isle of Spires. The other half, separated from the rest of the fleet arrived south of their intended destination, winding up in the Burning Shores.
Legacy's Landfall is off-limits to non-Quen, with Aloy being the sole exception.[2]
