Kavvoh is a minor character in Horizon Forbidden West.
History[]
The grandson and last surviving relative of Lowland Clan Chaplain Dekka, Kavvoh joined Regalla's Rebels in hopes of waging war against the Carja.
However, Kavvoh became disillusioned with the rebellion, seeing that the bloodshed was against his own tribe, not the enemy he was promised. The breaking point came when his squad planned to send a Behemoth through the village of Fall's Edge: he abandoned his point and fled to the village, hoping to warn them. Unfortunately, but understandably, his clan was unwilling to trust him for his betrayal and for that, he was imprisoned to face execution by trial by combat.
Fortuitously, Dekka and Aloy later arrived in Fall's Edge to plead on his behalf. Even more so, Aloy was willing to consider he was telling the truth about the upcoming attack and insisted Fall's Edge leader, Arokkeh, release him, but was refused. So Dekka invoked blood for blood, trading places with Kavvoh until he returned. Arokkeh took direct charge over Kavvoh, threatening to kill him if he tried to flee.
Kavvoh and Arokkeh later meet up with Aloy at the northern campfire by the cliffs, where the latter told them that she found a patrol of rebels when she arrived, to which Kavvoh denied any knowledge. Despite Arokkeh's protests, Aloy ordered him to cut his bonds and return his weapon. The trio then proceeded to scale the cliffs to the rebel encampment, which initially seemed deserted before rebels and a Behemoth emerged from behind a waterfall. In slaying their opponents, Kavvoh sustained some injuries, including a few cracked ribs.
Upon their return to Fall's Edge, Arokkeh formally pardoned Kavvoh, but warned he'll have to work to regain the clan's trust.
