Joruf is a minor character in Horizon Forbidden West. He is an Oseram serving as part of Sun-King Avad's Vanguard.
History[]
Joruf is part of a group led by Erend assigned to escort the Sun-Priest Studious Vuadis to Barren Light in the Daunt for an upcoming Embassy with the Tenakth. When Vuadis sent the Vanguard out to clear the Daunt of Bristlebacks, Joruf had the immense displeasure of staying behind on guard duty for the Sun-Priest.
While Vuadis was threatening Joruf for refusing to let him wait atop the ridge, Aloy arrived in the Daunt for the Embassy. Joruf quickly recognized her and corrected Vuadis when he failed to do the same. He informed Aloy of Erend's location and advised her to craft Acid Arrows to use against the Bristlebacks, before escorting Vuadis to Chainscrape.[1]
Once Aloy cleared the valley, Joruf escorted Vuadis to Barren Light, pulling a massive cart of supplies along the way while Vuadis reluctantly followed.[1]
