Jelda is a minor character in Horizon Forbidden West.
History[]
Jelda and her delver crew had been exploring No Man's Land for some time, having established a camp at Jagged Deep Delve, a dig site situated by a lake to the south of Barren Light. She and her crew had attempted to enter a ruin of the Old Ones north of the camp, however were forced to abandon the delve when they were unable to remove an anomalous growth of red crystals. Deciding instead to head to Barren Light, they made camp nearby for the night.
Jelda and her crew however came under attack by a group of Tenakth rebels riding Chargers. It is only with Aloy's intervention that they are able to defeat the vicious rebels.
As reward for her aid in defeating the Tenakth rebels, Jelda directs Aloy to the nearby ruins that she and her crew had been unable to explore. She also informs Aloy of the prosperous dig site of Jagged Deep in the south. If Aloy has not yet obtained smoke bombs, Jelda will also give her some.
