The Hoarder skill increases the maximum capacity of Aloy's resource pouch by 20%, based on the capacity of her pouch at the time the skill is learned. For this reason, it is best to wait until the capacity has been maxed out through crafting upgrades before purchasing this skill.
A fully upgraded resources satchel and the Hoarder skill brings the maximum number of resource slots up to 120.
