Hishavan is a Sun-Priest based at the Carja Outlander Camp in the Cut. He feels frustration at the Banuk's anger for the Red Raids, believing that the Carja have made amends for the war.[2]
Aloy encountered Hishavan and the huntress Furahni while investigating the murder of Ruwas. Hishavan remained quiet for most of the conversation, only providing additional input to Furahni's comments.[1]
