The Greenclimb is an unmarked location in Horizon Zero Dawn and the primary setting for the side quest Traitor's Bounty. It is located in the mountains east of Shattered Kiln Camp and north of Unflinching Watch, with the Three Dead Trees marking its western borders.
History
According to Vanasha, the ex-Shadow Carja Uthid single-handedly fought off a bandit clan in the foothills of the Greenclimb many years ago. Using his prior knowledge and experience of the area to his advantage, Uthid flees to the Greenclimb after a bounty is put on his head. Many in pursuit of him meet their ends in these mountains, including:
