Freeze Bombs are a type of ammunition compatible with the Sling.
Freeze Bombs are explosives which deal medium Freeze damage and high Freeze severity on impact, while leaving residual puddles of Chillwater at the blast area which slowly build up low Freeze severity on enemies they touch. They can freeze multiple enemies at once, and are especially effective against larger machines and tightly clustered groups of humans. Aloy is not immune to its area effects, however. They provide the best available source of freeze damage outside of the Icerail.
