Morning's Watch is a gate location in Horizon Zero Dawn located northwest of Daytower and east of Lone Light.
After Daytower, it is the first gate encountered along the Way of Broken Stones, the main route to Meridian from the east. It is patrolled by the Carja.
It makes a brief appearance in Horizon Forbidden West.
Description[]
Morning's Watch is situated along a bend in the Greatrun River, and as such, there are several branching pathways either around or through it.
A total of three pathways go through Morning's Watch: one goes through the arch, leading directly to the nearby bridge, while the other two come from the barracks, pointing further south but still connecting back to the main road.
Like most Carja gates, Morning's Watch is constructed primary of sandstone with copper roofing, and features several watchtowers.
