The Far Zenith Base is an unmarked location in Horizon Forbidden West. It can only be accessed during the main quest Singularity, though it is visible from a distance well before this. Although the facility itself is not accessed, the side quest The Valley of the Fallen deals with mechanisms the Far Zeniths establish to protect the base.
Prior to Singularity, the base is surrounded by a shield preventing Aloy from flying over to it prematurely by normal means, and as it is on the southern edge of the map she cannot circumnavigate it. After Singularity, the shield is gone, but Aloy cannot return to it as it is located beyond the boundary of the play area.
