Explosive Bolts are a type of Ammunition in Horizon Forbidden West compatible with certain Boltblasters. They deal low Impact damage on impact and low Explosive damage after a short delay.
While individual bolts deal little damage compared to arrows, they are fired in bursts of six bolts, potentially allowing for a higher damage output. All Boltblasters are capable of overdrawn shots, which can also increase their potential damage output.
