This skill is boosted by wearing the Nora Thunder Warrior, Quen Marine, Sobeck's Raiment, and Utaru Ritesinger outfits. Upgrading the Tenakth Skirmisher to level 3 provides a +2 weave that can be added to any outfit.

A +1 weave can be purchased from Scalding Spear's Stitcher for 75 Metal Shards.
