Upon encountering Kari in the wilds and learning that she was a cook, Pentalla had Kari write a letter on her behalf to Milduf containing Quen recipes, including that of Crab Hotpot.[1]

Consuming Crab Hotpot boosts Aloy's Quiet Spear skill by 3 Levels for 3 minutes. Additionally, it also restores 25% of her health and stamina.
