Faro Plague and Project Zero Dawn[]
As Operation: Enduring Victory began, Dr. Hsu-Vhey's friends and family in Shanghai joined the battle against the Faro Plague.[1]
Shortly after, Dr. Hsu-Vhey was brought to the Zero Dawn Project Facility as a candidate to work on Project Zero Dawn. She watched General Herres' presentation alongside a Nobel laureate in biophysics and someone who she believed was a monk, who didn't speak English or Mandarin. In the following interview, Dr. Hsu-Vhey expressed confusion when she was told that she was brought due to her skill set, as she was an art historian.[1] After learning the true purpose of Zero Dawn, she was unsure about the fairness of her being selected and that her family would be saved. After meeting a fellow historian, she came to the conclusion that while it was not at all fair, she had to partake in the project for the sake of her family and art.[2]
