Cantarah is a minor character Horizon Zero Dawn. She is the Carja envoy to the Banuk tribe and a special merchant who can be found in Meridian. She offers to trade Treasure Boxes in exchange for pairs of Banuk Figures.
History
Cantarah has established a bond of trust with the Banuk Werak chieftains, having visited the Banuk homeland of Ban-Ur many times. She has a strong appreciation for the Banuk's meritocratic culture, which she considers more sensible than the Carja system of nobility and gender restrictions.
Sun-King Avad named her an envoy to the Banuk, in the interest of maintaining and fostering diplomatic relations with the tribe. Cantarah seeks to help the Banuk by recovering artifacts created by the exiled Banuk hero Arnak.
