The Bomb Launcher is a heavy weapon in Horizon Forbidden West that deals Explosive damage.
How to obtain[]
Bomb Launchers can be shot off of the chest area of a Dreadwing with tear damage. Removing all three disables all of the machines bomb-related attacks.
Usage[]
The Bomb Launcher fires disk shaped bombs in a line that explode on contact with a surface or enemy. The weapon must charge up by holding down the fire button. When released at full charge, a volley of six bombs is shot out in quick succession.
Advantages[]
- High Explosive damage.
- Volley style firing method allows for high burst damage.
Disadvantages[]
- Limited ammo supply.
- Bombs travel slower than most projectiles.
- Can deal self damage and knockback if the explosion is too close.
- Like all heavy weapons, it slows Aloy down when she wields it.
