Ardik is a Banuk hunter aspiring to rise through the Hunters Lodge.

When meeting Aloy, Ardik mentioned how he's about to be sponsored by a Hawk and that next time, they won't be speaking as equals.[quote 1] The next time they met, Ardik acknowledged her Stalker Trophy, to which he mentioned having bagged a Thunderjaw[quote 2] and later telling her that she should stop before she fights something she can't handle.[quote 3] After Aloy took down a Stormbird and Thunderjaw, Ardik mentioned that he was wrong about her.[quote 4] Once she helped Talanah take down Redmaw, Ardik admitted that Aloy was the better hunter, and that he had learned a lot from watching her.[quote 5]
