Arana's Spear is a unique quest item in Horizon Zero Dawn that can be obtained during In Her Mother's Footsteps.
History[]
Arana's Spear was crafted by Edena shortly before her death a year prior to the events of Horizon Zero Dawn.[1]

Arana's Spear lodged in the Scrapper.
Thok was using the spear to fight a Scrapper, but it become lodged in the machine as Thok's leg was injured, allowing the Scrapper to escape with the spear. Arana went after the Scrapper to get the spear back, but became trapped in a tree while escaping from some Watchers.[2]
After rescuing Arana, Aloy tracked the Scrapper and destroyed it, retrieving the spear and returning it to its rightful owners.[3]
