Aidaba is a minor character in Horizon Zero Dawn. She is the merchant found in the Hunters Lodge in Meridian.
History[]
Hailing from a noble family,[1] Aidaba initially worked for an Oseram trader. However, she left that job due to the lack of skill of her employer to work as a merchant for the Hunters Lodge, with aspirations to open her own shop one day.[2]
Aidaba was present when Ersa, Captain of the Vanguard, personally delivered the news that Sun-King Avad had decreed that the Hunters Lodge had to welcome everyone, regardless of gender or tribe, an experience Aidaba described as glorious. That along with other changes in Meridian have been beneficial to Aidaba.[2]

When meeting Aloy, Aidaba was delighted that Sun-King Avad's edict was really taking effect, allowing a Nora woman to be welcomed into the Hunters Lodge. Aidaba informed Aloy that she can show her the marks she's earned at Hunting Grounds in exchange for unique variants of the Blast Sling, Ropecaster, and War Bow.[3]
