This datapoint is found in the northern part of the Burning Shores. To find it, look directly north of the main central island to spot a Bilegut to the east and a shelter to the west, both perfectly in-line with each-other.
Between the two is a cooled lava flow visible from the map screen. Head there and check the ruins of a white building buried in the cooled lava for the datapoint, towards the bottom.
