Advanced Purgewater Hunter Arrows are a type of Ammunition in Horizon Forbidden West compatible with certain Hunter Bows. It is an improved version of the Purgewater Hunter Arrow that deals medium Purgewater damage and high Purgewater buildup on impact.
These can be used to inflict the Drenched state on enemies, which temporarily removes their ability to inflict elemental damage and makes them susceptible to all elemental buildup, even if they are normally resistant to an element. Effective against enemies with exposed purgewater canisters or purgewater vulnerability. Purgewater canisters shot with these arrows will explode dealing purgewater damage and buildup to anything nearby.
